2breathe is a new product that helps people sleep better and relax. Its founders, pioneered the area of hypertension treatment devices with their patented device-guided breathing technology. The products' founders goal was to create a new mobile experience for their wearable sensor.
Designing a mobile app that communicates with the sensor to improve the experience of both elderly and young people with sleeping problems who want to use the sleep inducer product because they value an easy and simple to use app to helps them solve their sleeping problems.
2breathe transforms their users breathing, in real time, into tones that gradually guide them to prolonged exhalation and slow breathing. As a product that's targeted for elderly and young users with sleeping problems, our main goal was to simplify the process. The concept was to create a friendly and easy-to-use overall experience by giving the users the feeling that the whole app is based on a single main screen - the session screen. The product received excellent feedback from its users and solved their sleeping problems. Recently 2bearhte has won the prestigious CES 2017 innovation awards in Fitness, Sports and Biotech category.
Within minutes, after following the guiding tones, neural sympathetic activity is reduced, the user begins to disassociate from both external and internal stimuli, and the mind and body relax into sleep. As you wake up, a session report will shows how long it took the user to fall asleep and more valuable statistics. The user can actually see the whole process of falling asleep on the breathing rate graph.
